Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

Came here for the first time yesterday. I purchased the Super Interior. It's a Jeep Cherokee and I asked to make sure the moonroof glass was cleaned, it wasn't. They left the storage area unvacuumed and the tires weren't dressed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I had gotten some distance away and since I was driving Uber did not have the opportunity to go back.

Possibly one of the worst car washes I've been to. I got in line behind a guy who was causing a major delay. The kid running the car wash was walking around looking for someone or something while there were people in line. I finally get up front and he waves me forward. Then stops me and says if I don't follow his direction my front tires will puncture. What? Then he turns my steering wheel 45 degrees left and says they have to stay this way. Every car was I've been through the rails on the ground guide the car, it doesn't have to be steered. Halfway through he stop the wash and tells me to turn the steering wheel left 😅. At the end the middle dryer didn't work so the car was wet and no one at the end to dry the truck off. Never again...
